She was of Baptist faith. Beulah was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she lit up any room she entered. She enjoyed spending time with family and taking care of everyone.She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Wendell McKinney; son, James Wendell “Skip” McKinney; parents, Herman and Carrie Gill Rothwell; brothers, Clayton and Clyde Rothwell; and sisters, Frances Osteika, Dorothy Thurman and Bonnie Sneed.Survivors include her children: George McKinney (Tonja) of Dayton, and Michael Lee McKinney and Donald Ray McKinney, both of Tunnel Hill, Ga.; seven grandchildren: Terra Thomas, Kayla Crawley, Cory McKinney, Kattie McKinney, Kerrie McKinney, Jesse McKinney and Krystal McKinney; seven great-grandchildren, Heather, Jenna and Kaylee Crawley, Hannah, Emma and James Thomas and Malakhai McKinney; siblings: Janice Clayton of Georgetown, Gerald Rothwell of Dayton and Floyd Rothwell of Chattanooga; as well as several nieces, nephews and special friend, Jack Kirksey.The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on today, Aug. 1, 2018, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev.
